Over the years Andrew has held many posts both in state education - for regional music services and schools - and in some of the most prestigious private schools in the country, including Epsom College and Cranleigh School.

Andrew has taught over the full range of ages and ability levels, from young beginners through to undergraduate degree level - at Guildford’s acclaimed ‘Academy of Contemporary Music’ - through to mature professionals.

Alongside the institution based teaching Andrew has continued to teach one-to-one lessons privately.

Andrew specialises in student-led learning and is as happy to teach towards ABRSM, Trinity or Rockschool syllabuses as he is to teach songs of the student’s choice.
